If the Great British weather isn’t doing it for you, I suggest you get yourself along to Galvin HOP on Spital Square and crank up the heat with one of their mouthwatering gourmet HOT dogs!

Not only is this place serving the poshest, most delicious pub food ever, the venue itself is a little more than special. You’ll first be struck by the huge copper tanks hanging above the bar house, home to fresh unpasteurised Pilsner Urquell. Fear not though wine lovers, there’s plenty for you as they serve boutique wines, on tap!!

You can choose to sit down in the more formal restaurant which is where we sat, or get amongst it in the casual dining area, which I have to admit was pretty electric when I passed through to check out the ladies (toilets)!

Whether you want a quick bite, beer, 3 course meal or takeaway this place literally does it all.

And if a hot dogs not your thing, grab a pint of Pilsner head to their outdoor garden and order the Galvin Butcher Board Deluxe, you will not be disappointed.
